PT Prep Sessions
Come workout with us!
Every Tuesday and Thursday, we host PT prep sessions designed to help you succeed on the Police and Corrections Recruit and Cadet fitness exams. If you’ve already passed the test, these sessions go beyond physical preparation; they’ll also get you ready for the mental and academic demands of the academy. Our Recruiters will guide you through 400 codes, teach you how to shine your boots and walk in formation, and share valuable tips and insights to ensure you’re fully prepared for the next step in your career. If you'd like to attend, no registration is required, but you must be at least 18 years old to participate. Learn more on how to join in on the fun here!
