I, the undersigned, do hereby release the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and, its representatives, from any liability foc any injuries that I may incur while participating in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's candidate physical fitness preparation program. I further state that I am presently in good physical condition and have no known physical defects which would prevent me from participating in this fitness program. Further, I fully understand that I may discontinue my participation in the fitness program at any point at which I feel unable to continue.
